The Open Up Communication Process in Business

Core Program
The Open Up Communication process consists of a series of one-day workshops and coaching sessions for key decision makers. The workshops are designed to educate and the coaching sessions to apply, deepen and integrate the new information. We work first with the leaders and key decision makers - those who choose to create an open and honest business environment. Other staff may then be invited to take part.
Six, monthly sessions allow time for information to be absorbed and integrated without any loss of momentum. The core program offers:
